1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the HelloSeniors® website, mobile applications, or any services provided by HelloSeniors® ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

HelloSeniors® reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Nature of Our Services

HelloSeniors® is a resource and connection platform — not a provider of insurance, healthcare, legal, financial, or real estate services.

Our role is to connect adults 55 and older with independent, vetted professionals ("Network Professionals") who provide services in areas including, but not limited to:

• Estate planning and legacy preparation
• Life insurance and final expense coverage
• Medicare Advantage and supplemental health coverage
• Mortgage, refinance, and real estate services
• Senior care placement and in-home services

HelloSeniors® does not provide coverage, healthcare, legal advice, financial advice, or any professional services directly. We facilitate introductions and connections only. Any services you receive are provided solely by the Network Professional you engage with, and any agreements, contracts, or arrangements are between you and that professional — not HelloSeniors®.

The information provided on the HelloSeniors® website and through our Services is for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to constitute, and should not be relied upon as:

5. Third-Party Professionals & Network Relationships

The professionals in the HelloSeniors® Network are independent contractors, businesses, or licensed professionals. They are not employees, agents, or representatives of HelloSeniors®.

While we take care to connect you with vetted professionals, HelloSeniors® does not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the services, advice, products, or outcomes provided by any Network Professional.

Any contract, agreement, or engagement you enter into with a Network Professional is solely between you and that professional. HelloSeniors® is not a party to any such agreement and assumes no responsibility or liability for:

• The quality, accuracy, or legality of services provided
• The conduct or actions of any Network Professional
• Any disputes between you and a Network Professional
• Any financial loss, damages, or harm arising from your engagement with a Network Professional

6. User Responsibilities

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requested
• Make your own informed decisions regarding any services or products
• Conduct your own due diligence before engaging with any Network Professional
• Review and understand any agreements before signing or committing
• Use the Services only for lawful purposes

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take based on information or connections provided through HelloSeniors®.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, HelloSeniors®, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services
• Any damages arising from your interactions with Network Professionals
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your information

In no event shall HelloSeniors®'s total liability exceed the amount you paid to HelloSeniors® (if any) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. HelloSeniors® makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information
• The availability or uninterrupted operation of the Services
• The quality or suitability of any Network Professional
• That the Services will meet your specific requirements

9. Privacy & Your Information

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information.

By using our Services and providing your information, you consent to HelloSeniors® sharing relevant information with Network Professionals for the purpose of facilitating connections and providing you with requested services or information.

10. Use of Artificial Intelligence

HelloSeniors® utilizes artificial intelligence (AI) technology to enhance our Services and improve your experience. This includes:

• AI Voice Technology: Automated voice systems may be used to assist with phone inquiries, appointment scheduling, and initial information gathering.
• AI Text Technology: Automated text messaging and chat systems may be used to respond to inquiries, provide information, and facilitate communication.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to interacting with AI-powered systems. While our AI technology is designed to be helpful and accurate, please be aware that:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HelloSeniors®, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of a third party
• Your interactions with any Network Professional

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HelloSeniors® regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
